The Montgomery County Department of Housing and Community Affairs (DHCA) and the Department of Technology Services Geographic Information Systems (DTS-GIS) team have developed an on-line Apartment Rental Guide Service to enable users to find or locate an apartment within Montgomery County, Maryland. The on-line application includes listings and information for over 400 rental apartment facilities in Montgomery County. The apartment listings are updated annually after DHCA conducts their Spring survey of apartments. Consequently, the information presented in the Apartment Rental Guide application reflects information as reported to DHCA by apartment landlords. Therefore, DHCA and DTS-GIS do not guarantee and make no warranties for the accuracy of the data presented in the Apartment Rental Guide application. And, in no event shall Montgomery County Government become liable to Apartment Rental Guide users, or any other party, for any loss or damages, consequential or otherwise, including but not limited to time, money, or goodwill, arising from the use, operation or modification of the data presented.
