City Name
Select a Montgomery County, MD city or place name by clicking your left mouse button over one of the city's presented in the list box.

Apartment Types
Click your left mouse button in the check box next to the apartment type that you would like to search. You can select from the following apartment types:

Efficiency
One bedroom
Two bedroom
Three bedroom
Four bedroom

The search program will find all apartment complexes with these types of apartments.

Apartment Availability
Click your left mouse button in the check box under the apartment availability heading that you would like to search. You can select from the following apartment types:

Efficiency
One bedroom
Two bedroom
Three bedroom
Four bedroom

The search program will find all apartment complexes with apartment availability listings. Please check the date to make sure that the vacancy data has been updated recently.

Monthly Rent Ranges

Pick one monthly apartment rent range using your left mouse button. An Apartment Type must be selected in order to conduct a Monthly Rent Range search.

Building Type

Select a building type by clicking the drop-down list box with your left mouse button and picking the type of apartment building that you would like to search. Building types include:

All Styles
Garden
Highrise
Midrise
Piggyback ... A townhouse over an apartment
Townhouse

Utilities

Pick one of the utility options by clicking the left mouse button when your cursor is over the radio button next to the option desired. You can search apartment complexes whose monthly rents include all utilities, some utilities, or no utilities. If you select the Some Utility option, please note that the types of utilities provided by the Apartment complex's are listed in the Apartment Details. However, please contact the Apartment Complex for the most up to date information.

Pets

Pick one of the pet options to find apartment complexes that allow pets, permit certain types of pets, or allow no pets at all. Some apartments allow pets, but no dogs.

Washer / Dryer

Select the check box using your left mouse button to find apartment complexes that provide access to washers and dryers. Please note that the types of washer and dryers (i.e. coin operated or in units) provided by the Apartment complex's are listed in the Apartment Details.

Pool

Select the check box using your left mouse button to find apartment complexes that provide have or provide access to swimming pools.

Handicapped Access

Select the check box using your left mouse button to find apartment complexes that enable disabled or handicapped access.

Public Transportation

Select the check box using your left mouse button to find apartment complexes that provide access public transportation within one mile. MARC train stations, Metro Stations, Ride on, and Metro Bus routes are provided in the Apartment Details.

Find Apartments

Click the Find Apartment button when you are ready to submit your search parameters. Your search will be processed and the results will be displayed in a browser screen. You will be able to select an Apartment listed in the Apartment Search Results for more detailed information about the apartment complex.
