Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;font-size:12pt"><P><SPAN>The Census Bureau created zip code tabulation areas for statistical purposes by adjusting postal zip codes slightly to coincide with Census Block boundaries. As zip codes do not always follow County boundaries, some of the zip code tabulation areas extend into neighboring counties. Because this layer will differ from USPS zip codes in locations where the postal zip code splits a street block, this layer should not be used for determining mailing zip code at an address.</SPAN></P></DIV>
